Nice Trick, Where have I seen this before?

So, the Olympic torch went out of public view and this happened.

"Vehicles were seen leaving the building moments later.

The torch was driven to a nearby neighborhood, where the runners began the relay."

Hmm, i swear I've seen this diversion trick used before...
